A confirmation within minutes, an estimated arrival window at purchase, tightened to carrier transit the day it ships, and an email at every stage.
Track an order → - You send it as a gift
Hand-wrapped for $15 if you choose it, a gift receipt with no prices shown, your note written out, and word to the recipient on the day it ships.
Gifting at checkout → - You request a piece
We read it, match it against what the house carries, and write back. If nothing fits, we offer the Atelier Hour instead. Follow it by private link.
Request a piece → - You book the Private Atelier Hour
A $50 deposit holds the hour and is applied to anything you purchase. Reschedule from your request page whenever you need to.
Book the hour → - You enter the Virtual Salon
A video session with the house — Meet, Zoom, or Teams — with the join link sent to you and kept on your request page.
Enter the salon → - You book Studio Ex
A $50 non-refundable deposit secures the chair and comes off your service. Final pricing is confirmed at consultation, based on the work required.

Start it yourself from your account. We issue a return number and follow it to refund. D'Angelette and SLASH pieces are final sale.
Returns & exchanges → - You review a piece
Verified buyers only. Star rating, fit, length and comfort dials, your height, and up to four photos. The house replies where it should.
