Start a Return

Returns are opened from your House account — choose the order, tell us why, and the house issues an RMA and follows the return through to the refund.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items postmarked within 10 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered — with tags attached. Swimwear and intimates are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.

Please allow 10–14 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been completed.

Domestic Returns

To begin a return or exchange from your online order, contact us at care@dkangelette.com or visit us in person at the atelier.

You may also ship returns to the address below using any trackable method, at your expense.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the replacement piece before returning your original purchase. This ensures the exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will issue store credit for the cost of the returned item and email confirmation.

Studio Ex — Appointments

Hair service deposits at Studio Ex are non-refundable. You may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice and your $50 deposit will transfer to the new appointment.

A separate $50 late or no-show fee will be charged to the card on file for missed appointments or arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled start time.
