If you must cancel your appointment at the last minute, all clients are responsible for paying a 50%  cancellation fee of what their SERVICE COSTS. This fee must be paid before you RESCHEDULE. 
Due to last-minute cancellations, we are not able to fill the schedule with another client on that day.
